    • Lead the development of the Century 21 Learning System (CLS). CLS has been awarded the Training Top 100 for the past four years, the Pioneer Award from the Masie Center, and has been the topic of numerous case studies
    • Successfully expanded the CLS model across the Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group. This infrastructure supports 250,000 sales agents and over 1,000,000 students minutes per month
    • Created a technical learning support team that increased answer rate by 22% and experienced a 100% growth in call volume
    • Designed CREATE 21, a six week new sales agent training program. Since 2001, this program has increased agent productivity 16% and transactions by 14%

• Lead and project manage all e-Learning systems and technical projects including Aspen LMS upgrades, Centra system administration, and development of five learning portals

• Create marketing and communications plans for training
• Responsible for maintenance and administration the Aspen learning management system, Centra, and web portals

• Mentored a group of customer service representatives to become the first technical support team CLS
• Developed the first learning portal for CLS to enable agent to quickly find class information

• Created Virtual Solution Series, a 30 day pilot program to test the effectiveness of e-Learning. The result of the pilot was a change in the corporate culture toward e-Learning
